Funding for Community Projects

Advantage funding provides money to develop and support projects and schemes for improving the quality of life of Knowsley residents and their communities.

Any project we fund must fit within the five themes in our Community Investment Strategy:

• Employment and Enterprise
• Energy Efficiency and Green Issues
• Social Exclusion and Poverty
• Safety and Cohesion
• Environment and Neighbourhoods

Area Board funding is also available for projects that benefit your local neighbourhood.

Who Can Apply?

• Any person on behalf of a group
• Any residents group
• Any organisation or partnership that benefits an area where we work
• Any KHT employee on behlaf of any of the above

Who Cannot Apply?

We do not give funds to profit making organisations or any organisation or group that does not meet the conditions of our 5 themes or that goes against KHT’s values or aims

Deadlines

Applications must be to the Advantage Team by:

• 24th September 2010
• 3rd December 2010
